A large cattle ranch outside of town, owned and ran by the Clay Family. It sells and breeds Akaushi cattle, a rarity in the west. This was a recent decision, made by Nathaniel Clay himself, four years ago. It's replaced their former Angus breed and made a rather.. large increase in their profits.
